Job Description:

The Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate provides day-to-day technical support for technology equipment and systems within the logistics environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues to support business operations. The position also assists with system installations, monitors data center infrastructure, coordinates with internal and third-party support teams, and maintains inventory of technology assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in providing technical support in a logistics or similar environment.
• Proficiency in supporting and maintaining Client Windows 10/11 operating systems and Client 365 applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and service requests.
• Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between operations teams and technology support groups.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Knowledge of network connectivity, including Wi-Fi.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for IT equipment and systems within the logistics environment.
• Receive, track, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of new technology systems and services.
• Manage and maintain technology asset inventory, including equipment tracking and lifecycle activities.
