Job Description:

This role involves assessing and analyzing business strategies, business requirements, and the current state environment to evaluate solution alternatives. The candidate will act as a Salesforce SME to other teams, ensuring both functional and non-functional considerations are factored pragmatically for the solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 8 years IT experience working in a senior development role on engineering teams with at least 5 years of Salesforce Platform experience.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Salesforce.com.
• Proven experience operating in an Agile framework on large/enterprise programs from initiation to implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce Data Model.
• Strong technical background with web development technologies like Java, C#, HTML, XML, JSP, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using Mulesoft, REST API, and event-based integration patterns.
• Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Administration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Contribute to the design and development on the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to drive business value.
• Assist scrum teams in gathering requirements/user stories to develop/enhance functionality on the Salesforce platform.
• Support in DevOps development and process efficiencies.
