About the Role:ComForCare Home Health Care - Monmouth is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our growing team in the Monmouth County area! If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a real difference in people's lives every day, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
  • Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
  • Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervising staff
  • Administer medications as directed and within scope of CHHA certification
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Accurately document care activities and maintain client records
Requirements:
  • Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
  • Prior home care, personal care, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation to service clients throughout Monmouth County
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to pass a background check and reference verification
  • CPR/First Aid certification a plus
