Role Overview

We are seeking a LeadSales Enablement & Training Specialist to own theonboarding, training, and ongoing development ofSales Development Representatives (SDRs) within a BPO/call center environment. This role is responsible for building structured training programs, managing and coachingSDR teams, and ensuring operational excellence acrosssales enablement processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience insales leadership, understands outboundsales motions, and is highly operational, tech-savvy, and process-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead theonboarding and training of all newSDR hires in a BPO/call centersales environment

  • Design, develop, and continuously improvesalestraining and enablement programs, includingonboarding, product knowledge,sales methodology, and performance improvement modules

  • Create structured work modules and training content within an LMS platform

  • Manage, coach, and mentor SDRs and teamleads to drive performance, quality, and consistency

  • Build, manage, and maintain lead lists in collaboration withsales and operations teams

  • Ensure SDRs are trained on lead management, outreach sequencing, andCRM best practices

  • Partner withsales leadership to align training programs with performance goals and KPIs

  • Implement and optimize operational processes, workflows, andsales enablement automations

  • MonitorSDR performance metrics and provide targeted coaching and retraining as needed

  • Serve as a subject matter expert onsales development best practices within a BPO environment

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in asales management, supervisor, or team lead role within a BPO,call center, or high-volumesales environment

  • Proven experience training, coaching, and managingSDR or insidesales teams

  • Strong understanding ofsales development roles, outbound prospecting, and lead management

  • Demonstrated ability to create structured training programs, work modules, and enablement content

  • Operationally strong with the ability to design, follow, and enforce repeatable processes

  • High level of technical proficiency and comfort working with LMS platforms, CRMs, andsales tools

  • Non-negotiable: Must have prior experience working in a fully remote environment, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK-based companies. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or scalingSDR training programs from the ground up

  • Familiarity withsales enablement frameworks and methodologies (e.g., outbound cadences, qualification frameworks)

  • Experience implementing or optimizingsales automations and workflows

  • Background in BPO operations or outsourcedsales teams

  • Exposure to performance management, quality assurance, orcall coaching programs

  • CRM platforms (e.g.,Salesforce,HubSpot, or similar)

  • Sales engagement and dialer tools

  • Lead sourcing and list management tools
