Outbound & AI Visibility Growth Specialist (AEO + SEO)
We’re looking for ahands-on GTM Specialist who can make our business discoverable across traditional searchand the new wave of AI-driven engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. If you know how to combineoutbound hustle, SEO fundamentals, and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) to get a company noticed - this role is for you.
This is an execution-first position: cold outreach, pitching, experimenting with AI tools, and testing new distribution tactics to put us in front of the right audience.
What You’ll Do
Runoutbound campaigns: cold email, LinkedIn, and community-driven outreach
Build visibility viaSEO content and optimization
Experiment withAEO: figuring out how to get the company featured/discovered through AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others
Secureearned media placements across press, blogs, and thought-leadership outlets
Partner withsales/marketing to test and refine messaging
What You Bring
1–4 years in growth, outbound, or lead gen roles (or founder/operator experience)
Track record withcold outreach and SEO campaigns
Working knowledge ofPython and SQL for data analysis or automation
Curiosity and experience experimenting withAI tools, ChatGPT, or other LLMs for visibility
Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, SEMrush, or similar tools
A “scrappy” builder mindset - you don’t wait for playbooks, you create them
