We're looking for aSales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a GTM content studio working with B2B companies. You will own outbound prospecting and cold calling, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team, using AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach at scale.

This is a high-activity outbound role. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone, running structured outbound campaigns, and using AI to work smarter rather than just working more hours. If you have a sales background, know your way around a CRM, and can build and execute outbound campaigns independently, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

Outbound Prospecting and Cold Calling

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and engage potential clients
  • Build and execute structured outbound campaigns across calls, email, and other channels
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on company context and buying signals

Lead Qualification and Pipeline Management

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM throughout the outreach and qualification process
  • Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline movement consistently

AI-Enabled Outreach

  • Use AI tools to research prospects, draft personalized outreach, and improve the speed and quality of campaign execution
  • Continuously test and refine messaging based on what generates the strongest response rates

Meeting Booking and Handoff

  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure clean handoff with full context
  • Coordinate scheduling and follow-up to keep prospects engaged through the handoff process

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling with a track record of booking meetings or closing pipeline
  • Sales background with a clear understanding of outbound sales processes and objection handling
  • Experience working with CRM platforms to manage leads and track activity
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support research, personalization, and outreach efficiency
  • Experience building and running outbound campaigns independently
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Self-directed and resilient with the ability to maintain consistent outbound activity without losing motivation

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into B2B SaaS, marketing, or agency-style services
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
  • Experience working with venture-backed or high-growth startup clients
  • Background in a GTM, marketing, or content-adjacent sales environment
