IT Project Manager
from 🇵🇠Philippines
We're looking for anIT Project Manager to keep complex technical initiatives organized, visible, and moving inside the IT organization of a fast-moving AI-native healthcare platform. You will partner with engineering, IT, security, and operations stakeholders across workstreams including identity, security, internal platforms, device management, vendor integrations, and compliance readiness.
This is not a technical execution role and it is not a passive scheduling role. You will own the project management layer: clarifying scope, tracking owners and timelines, documenting decisions, following up on open items, surfacing blockers, and keeping stakeholders aligned. This role requires prior direct experience working in proximity to IT infrastructure workstreams. Candidates whose project management background is limited to creative, marketing, or non-technical environments are unlikely to be a strong fit.
Why You'll Want to Join
- You will be paid inUSD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
- Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
- Observance ofHolidays per company guidelines
- 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
- This role requires availability duringUS Eastern or Central Time business hours
- High-ownership role embedded inside an IT team building real infrastructure at an early-stage AI healthcare company
- Direct exposure to identity, security, compliance, and platform work without needing to be the technical expert
What You'll Work On
Project Coordination and Tracking
- Track and maintain visibility across all active IT workstreams including owners, deadlines, blockers, and decision logs, keeping all records current at all times
- Own project documentation from kickoff through close including meeting notes, action items, RAID logs, status updates, and decision records
- Follow up on open items proactively and without prompting — no task or commitment waits on a reminder from leadership
- Lead project coordination meetings and turn discussions into clear owners, decisions, next steps, and follow-up items
- Keep project boards, remediation trackers, and documentation current, organized, and easy to find
- Learn and operate internal tools including Linear, Notion, and Slack with accuracy and speed
Stakeholder Communication and Visibility
- Facilitate alignment between engineering, IT, and security teams by keeping communication organized and surfacing blockers early
- Translate technical decisions and trade-offs into clear, plain-language updates suitable for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
- Help leadership maintain visibility into what is on track, what is blocked, and what needs attention without chasing for updates
- Surface blockers early with context, proposed next steps, and the specific decision or support needed
- Escalate unclear ownership, blocked work, missed deadlines, or unresolved decisions before they create downstream confusion
Technical Workstream Support
- Build process and structure where it does not exist — if a tracker, document, or workflow is absent, you create it
- Support delivery of active programs including Entra ID security hardening, MDM and endpoint rollouts, SSO migrations across Okta, Entra ID, and Google Workspace, and SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance readiness initiatives
- Partner with engineering and IT leads to turn technical workstreams into clear project plans, timelines, owners, and next steps
- Track dependencies, open questions, blockers, and decisions across technical stakeholders
- Coordinate rollout communication for technical implementations, migrations, vendor changes, security updates, and internal platform changes
What You Bring
- Direct IT project management or coordination experience working alongside engineering, infrastructure, or IT security teams on technical workstreams — this is the primary qualifying criterion
- Familiarity with identity and access management, SSO, endpoint management, MDM, or compliance programs at the workstream level; the expectation is not that you configure these systems but that you have been close enough to this work to coordinate it effectively and accurately
- Strong written communication skills with status updates that are structured, accurate, and audience-appropriate without requiring managerial review
- Documentation as a default working style, not a reactive task — records are maintained because that is how you operate, not because someone requests it
- Comfort building structure in ambiguous environments — when a process or tracker does not exist, you create one
- Experience working with US-based clients or teams with the ability to operate independently during US Eastern business hours
- Coachable and adaptive with the ability to absorb feedback and adjust without resistance in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift and context evolves quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting IT, security, compliance, infrastructure, identity and access, device management, internal platform, or vendor implementation projects
- Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Notion, or similar project management platforms
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or HIPAA
- Background in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment
How to Apply
Please include:
- Yourupdated resume
- Ashort Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, walking through a technical or cross-functional IT project you coordinated end to end, and explaining how you kept stakeholders aligned and open items from falling through the cracks
Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
