GTM Engineer

We're looking for aGTM Engineer to build the automated systems that power outbound and pipeline generation for a fast-moving GTM content studio working with B2B companies. You will design and build outbound automation, data enrichment pipelines, and workflow integrations connecting tools like Clay, N8N, CRMs, and AI models to make go-to-market execution faster, smarter, and more scalable.
This is a builder's role. You are not running campaigns manually, you are building the systems that run them. If you can architect a workflow that pulls data, enriches it, personalizes outreach using AI, and pushes it into a CRM without anyone touching it by hand, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Outbound Automation and Workflow Building
- Design and build automated outbound workflows using tools such as N8N to reduce manual effort across the GTM process
- Connect data sources, enrichment tools, CRMs, and outreach platforms into seamless end to end systems
- Build and maintain reusable automation templates that can scale across multiple campaigns or accounts
Data Enrichment and Personalization
- Build data enrichment pipelines using tools such as Clay to gather and structure prospect and account data at scale
- Use AI tools such as Claude to generate personalized outreach content and research summaries within automated workflows
- Continuously test and refine enrichment and personalization logic based on response and conversion data
CRM and Systems Integration
- Integrate outbound and enrichment workflows directly with CRM platforms to ensure clean, accurate, and timely data flow
- Troubleshoot and maintain automations, fixing breakages and improving reliability over time
- Document workflows clearly so systems can be understood, maintained, and extended by others
Continuous Improvement
- Identify new tools, models, or techniques that could improve speed, personalization, or scale of GTM systems
- Monitor automation performance and proactively flag issues, bottlenecks, or opportunities for optimization
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience building outbound automation or workflow systems using tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
- Experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay or similar platforms
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and how to use them inside automated workflows rather than just as a chat interface
- Experience integrating systems with CRM platforms and ensuring clean data flow across tools
- Comfortable working independently to design, build, and troubleshoot systems with minimal oversight
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug broken automations and improve them iteratively
- Clear written communication skills for documenting workflows and systems
Nice to Have
- Experience building GTM systems for B2B SaaS, agency, or venture-backed startup environments
- Familiarity with sales engagement or outbound platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead
- Basic scripting ability to extend automation capabilities beyond no-code tools
- Experience working directly with sales or marketing teams to translate GTM needs into technical systems
