
Finance Leadership Development Program
Essential Job Duties andResponsibilities
ProgramDesign
The program prepares participants for roles of increasing responsibility through a combination of rotational assignments, formalized feedback, and mentoring. Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior finance leaders and participate in various key financial initiatives.
FLDP participants will complete a two-year rotational program consisting of approximately four rotational assignments, including a three-month international rotation. Rotational assignments are generally six months in duration; however, assignment lengths may be adjusted to accommodate the international experience and business requirements while ensuring a comprehensive two-year development program. Geographical flexibility is required during the program and upon completion of the program. Relocation assistance is provided.

The FLDP program affords participants an outstanding opportunity to produce results, gain working knowledge of key finance functions, quickly gain credibility and develop a strong company network throughout the 2-year program. Before completing the program, participants will work with the administrator to identify positions to interview across the finance organization.
Education and ExperienceRequirements
- Focus on candidates who have a passion for everything finance and demonstrate leadership skills through experience, internships, and extracurricular activities.
- Must have an aptitude to apply accounting and finance skills and should have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence and integrity.
- Full-time student completing bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting between December 2026 and June2027
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 orbetter
- Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the financefunction
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solvingskills
- Related work or internshipexperience
- Demonstrates exceptional financial business partnering with a strong presence and outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with processimprovement.
- Results oriented through initiative, ownership, andaccountability.
- Geographical flexibility is required during and upon programcompletion.
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
