About the Role:

Hims & Hers is at an inflection point. We've built dozens of categories that people love, and we're great at the treatments themselves. But today those are dozens of separate, transactional relationships. The opportunity in front of us is to invert that: to move from point solutions to one deepening relationship with each customer, where we understand them holistically across all of their concerns, help them navigate what to do, and let the individual treatments become secondary to the relationship itself.

 

That shift is what this role owns. It's a true 0-to-1 build, but not a cold start. You'll define a brand-new, relationship-first product experience that spans our existing categories and the new ones we create to support it, with everything we've already built as your foundation. Picture a concierge-style experience for the person who knows they don't feel their best, wants to feel better, and is looking for a trusted guide rather than another one-off transaction: lab testing, continuous care, and access to treatment, wrapped into one experience that compounds over time.

 

This is a rare seat. We're a company known for physical product and transactional care, making the leap to a sticky, engagement-driven, relationship-driven digital experience. Few established companies reach that moment, and fewer put a single person at the center of it. You'll work across the entire company to define what it looks like, and you'll do it on top of the AI infrastructure we're building, as someone who works that way themselves.

 

You Will:

  • Own the end-to-end consumer experience for this new relationship-first offering, from discovery and onboarding through ongoing engagement

  • Define the synthesis layer across our existing categories, and stand up the new product lines the offering needs

  • Partner with engineering and design to build AI into the core of the consumer experience

  • Partner with our clinical teams so protocols, safety, and education are core to the product experience

  • Shape short- and long-term roadmaps, driving long-term scalability while balancing day-to-day improvements

  • Operate with focus in a fast-growing, constantly evolving environment, where there are always more opportunities than resources

 

You Have:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, working collaboratively across cross-functional teams

  • A track record of building and shipping consumer products that customers love and that drive meaningful business impact

  • A strong, specific point of view on where AI can meaningfully reshape the consumer healthcare experience, and the excitement to build it into the core of the product

  • Fluency with AI agents and AI-native workflows. AI-native is your default operating mode: you work with agents the way most PMs work with docs, fluently and constantly

  • Strategic and tactical range: you can set the vision and also design and execute scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment

  • Strong communication and a low-ego, high-EQ style. You build alignment, partner well across functions, and bring people with you. This is a fully remote role, so clear written communication and proactive collaboration matter

  • Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or category-defining 0-to-1 products
