Head of Technology Enabled Services (Global)

Executive Leadership | Remote (US) / Hybrid | Travel up to 30%

This is not a traditional delivery leadership role.

This is aglobal ownership mandate — an opportunity to build, scale, and lead a high-impact Technology Enabled Services (TES) organisation at the intersection ofenterprise technology, mission-critical delivery, and regulated industries.

You will operate as a true business leader: owning delivery, shaping product direction, driving revenue and margin, and building a world-class organisation — withequity participation aligned to long-term value creation.

The Opportunity

As Head of Technology Enabled Services, you will own theend-to-end global delivery engine — integrating proprietary technology platforms with high-value services across Aerospace & Defense, Utilities, Energy, Satellite, and Government sectors.

You will:

  • Lead globally distributed teams

  • Own P&L performance

  • Shape how technology is deployed at scale

  • Influence product and platform strategy

  • Operate directly with C-suite and government stakeholders

What You’ll Own

Global Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Full accountability forglobal service delivery across all client engagements

  • Build and scalerepeatable, high-performance delivery frameworks

  • Set the gold standard forquality, SLAs, and client outcomes

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning program leadership, architecture, engineering, and client success


Technology & Platform Leadership (SAP + Enterprise Ecosystems)

  • Own thedeployment and operational success of technology platforms within client environments

  • Act as the bridge betweenreal-world delivery and product innovation

  • Driveenterprise adoption and expansion, with a strong emphasis onSAP-centric environments and integrations

  • Ensure seamless interoperability acrossclient systems, compliance frameworks, and operational workflows


Strategic Client Leadership in Regulated Environments

  • Serve as theexecutive relationship owner for critical, high-value accounts

  • Operate confidently withinhighly regulated and controlled environments (A&D, Energy, Government)

  • Navigate complex compliance landscapes includingexport controls, data sovereignty, and security frameworks

  • Lead engagements involvingsensitive, classified, and mission-critical programs


P&L Ownership & Growth

  • Ownrevenue, margin, and long-term account growth

  • Partner with Sales towin, structure, and scale new business

  • Identify and unlockorganic expansion opportunities

  • Developcommercial models and pricing strategies that balance growth with delivery excellence


Build & Lead a World-Class Organisation

  • Recruit, develop, and inspire ahigh-calibre global delivery team

  • Create a culture ofaccountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Establishcareer pathways, capability frameworks, and domain expertise — especially across SAP and regulated sectors

  • Act as amultiplier of talent and leadership capability


Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Implementrobust governance frameworks and executive reporting

  • Proactively manage delivery risk across complex portfolios

  • Ensureaudit readiness, certifications, and security compliance

  • Represent the organisation inexecutive reviews, audits, and government oversight environments


What You Bring

Core Experience

  • 12+ years leadingtechnology services, managed services, or professional services organisations

  • Proven success runninglarge-scale delivery in regulated industries

  • Strong track record ofP&L ownership and commercial accountability

  • Experience managingcomplex, multi-year, enterprise engagements

  • Expertise leadingglobally distributed teams


Critical Domain Strength

  • Deep experience withinSAP ecosystems (implementation, integration, or transformation programs)

  • Strong understanding ofenterprise platforms and technology-enabled service models

  • Ability to connecttechnology capability to measurable business outcomes


Regulatory & Industry Acumen

  • Working knowledge of frameworks such asITAR, EAR, NERC CIP, FAR/DFARS, or equivalents

  • Experience operating insecure, compliance-heavy, or government-aligned environments

  • Confidence navigatinginternational delivery and data sovereignty requirements


Leadership & Influence

  • Executive presence with the ability to influenceC-suite, boards, and government stakeholders

  • Strategic thinker with the ability totranslate vision into execution

  • Comfortable operating inambiguity, scale, and high-pressure environments


Highly Valued

  • Experience scalingproprietary or SaaS platforms in enterprise environments

  • Background incritical infrastructure or national security sectors

  • Certifications such asPMP, ITIL, or similar

  • Active or eligiblesecurity clearance

  • International delivery experience acrossallied or global government ecosystems
