Responsibilities:

Freudenberg Aftermarket (FAM) is a newly established Business Group bringing together aftermarket activities from across theFreudenberg Group into one focused global organization.

We are looking for a visionaryHead of Global Strategic Sourcing to build and lead a world-class global sourcing organization that supports our growth ambitions, strengthens competitiveness, and accelerates innovation across our international aftermarket business.

This is a unique opportunity to shape supplier strategy, expand global sourcing capabilities, and establish the foundations for long-term business success.

• Build a Global Sourcing Organization: Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy, establish best-in-class governance, and build a high-performing international sourcing team.

• Drive Business Growth: Partner with leadership, product management, and commercial teams to expand product coverage and support the growth of the global aftermarket portfolio.

• Develop a Competitive Global Supply Base: Identify, qualify, and develop strategic suppliers while building strong sourcing capabilities across key global markets, particularly Asia.

• Lead Transformation: Modernize sourcing processes, strengthen supplier management practices, and create scalable capabilities that support future growth.

• Accelerate Innovation: Collaborate with suppliers to identify new technologies, products, and sourcing opportunities that expand the company's aftermarket offering.

• Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to translate business needs into sourcing strategies.

• Contribute to Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key member of the leadership team, helping shape long-term business, sourcing, and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of leadership experience inStrategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial Leadership, or General Management within an international organization.

• Deep understanding of theautomotive aftermarket, industrial distribution, engineered products, or related sectors.

• Proven track record ofbuilding and transforming sourcing organizations, supplier networks, and procurement capabilities on a global scale.

• Experience developing supplier ecosystems and sourcing strategies acrossAsia, particularly China and India.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balancegrowth, innovation, cost competitiveness, quality, and supply chain resilience.

• Demonstrated success leadingorganizational transformation, change management, and cross-functional business initiatives.

• Experience working across multiple regions and cultures, with exceptionalstakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for developing high-performing international teams.

• Willingness to be based inShanghai or travel extensively within Asia and globally.
