What Are We Looking For?

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible as site electrical chargeman

• To maintain all plant equipment and machinery at its optimum operating condition

• To carried out planned preventive maintenance

• To minimize unexpected breakdown

• To co-ordinate with spare parts supplier, service agent and contractor to ensure problems are troubleshoot immediately

Key Tasks:

• Carried out day to day repair and maintenance job

• Carried out scheduled preventive maintenance

• Maintain and upkeep all maintenance related data and records as required by Hempel Group

• Minimize dependent to external contractor on carrying out repair or maintenance job

• Work as a team closely with production, QC and other plant department

• Maintain maintenance spare part stocks accuracy

• Ensure adherence to site safety all time

Required experience and education:

• Min AO chargeman cert is required

• Min Technical certificate, above will be added advantage

• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing industry

• Knowledge on electrical, pneumatic & mechanical machinery related to paint processing will be added advantage

• Read, write and speak fluent Malay

• Read, write and speak simple English

• Computer literate
