At Hedepy, we combine technology, marketing, and psychotherapy to ease people's path to mental health. We have helped thousands of B2B clients in the Czech Republic and across Europe. Now a new challenge is upon us - bring the benefit of accessible psychotherapy to the Hungarian B2B market. We are looking for a B2B Sales Lead who will focus on growing the portfolio of B2B clients and generating new business.
This is not a build-the-deck-and-wait-for-inbound role. You'll be the engine. Cold outreach, pipeline from zero, closing, and growing two Hungarian B2B Sales Specialists (István and Adam) into a strong team.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 🤝
This is ahands on sales role
- 60% will involve activelysearchingfor andapproachingpotential B2B clients -calling is a must.
- 30% will includemeetings andadministrativetasks, such as:
- Preparing presentations and presenting them to clients.
- Preparing offers, contracts, and documentation for invoicing.
- Working with data and reporting - we usePipedrive as aCRM.
- Collaborating on the development of Hedepy for Business.
- 10% leading István and Adam, your two direct reports. Coaching, weekly 1:1s, helping them close their own deals.
Must-have:
- Native or C2 Hungarian, fluent English (B2+).
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 years selling SaaS or subscription-based products.
- 1+ year formally managing at least one direct report on revenue targets.
- Comfortable making cold calls, consistently. Not just "open to it".
- Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar) in your daily sales workflow. We'll ask about this concretely.
- Available to work on a B2B freelance agreement.
Nice to have:
- Direct experience selling to HR, People Ops, or Employee Wellbeing buyers.
- Experience selling into healthcare, mental health, or other sensitive / regulated categories.
- Experience building a market from scratch (not just inheriting an existing pipeline).
- Based in Budapest (we are remote-first, but local presence helps with the Hungarian market).

- In addition to the base compensation, you will receive a bonus tied to closed partnerships and meetings. The bonus amount is uncapped.
