1300SMILES Toowoomba is looking for a motivated and experiencedDental Assisant to join our friendly and supportive team. 

We'll start you on a casual basis for a few days each week while you settle into the role, with the opportunity to transition into apermanent full-time position as the role grows.

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring the smooth running of the practice. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
• Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
• Maintaining high standards of infection control
• Supporting clinicians throughout patient appointments
• Providing friendly and professional patient care
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the surgery
• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming clinical environment

You'll be an experienced Dental Assistant with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting your team.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
