Job Purpose:
Will be responsible for the deployment of LOC Expert strategy including Where to play, How to Win and Expert Activation plans for priority brands in collaboration with OU Expert Marketing, LOC Marketing & Medical teams.
Your role will be crucial to improve Key Expert Performance (KPIs) (Brand and audience performance tracking) on LOC level and support in execution of overall category strategy and consistently demonstrating key Haleon Behaviors.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Expert Strategy and Planning Deployment
Deploys the LOC Expert Plans for related brands, audience and categories in line with OU and Global Expert Strategy.
Work with Authorized agencies to produce required materials to support FF in their daily interactions with HCPs in line with OU expert marketing guidance
A&P Management and Brand Activation:
Manage A&P in line with brand objectives, ensures strong ROI and sufficiency of spent in every activity.
Ensure overall A&P spend is in line with Overall Expert strategy.
Build robust activation plan with OU expert team in line with overall brand and category strategy.
Market Analysis, Expert Data and Insights:
Ensure to support team with required tools/analysis (Ipsos/IQVIA RX data) to have clear visibility on market dynamics and Key competitors’ performance
HHP and Digital Enhancement:
Enhances HHP content (brand/category) and drives assets for campaign activation including webinars, e-mails etc. Â
Collaborates with OU Expert team and Media teams to build the digital ecosystem per priority brands in line with brand objectives. Â
HCP and HCO Partnership:
Participates on Conferences and Congresses on exhibition stand and leads the implementation of scientific programmes, organizes conferences, workshops, webinars for HCPs to drive trust and equity.
Drive performance with FF team:
Collaborates with BU SFE and LOC Medical and Training teams to support creation and planning of training material for LOC Expert Field Force.
Engages & energizes field team (F2F and Remote) on the Expert strategy and cycle plans for a set of Priority Brands across the market.
Supports FF teams for on ground activations.
Compliance and Security:
Manages the end-to-end process of TPRM (Third Party Risk Assessment) and Contract Management of all expert activations; owns the monitoring, implementation and tracking process (webinar, workshop, events, focus groups etc.) and ensures all expert activities are in line with related SOPs.

 Preferred Qualifications:
A strong problem solver with ability to think both analytically and creatively to effectively drive business objectives
Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to lead, influence, and inspire cross-functional teams and senior leaders through strategy and vision
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to build consensus across functions and levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling
Courage, resiliency, perseverance, and tenacity to champion initiatives from start-to-end
Passion for the consumer and brand building
Must have the ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demand
Contributing to building the digital journey for healthcare professionals
Optimizing and deploying engaging content for HHP in line with KPIs to drive Expert growth and operational efficiency
Working closely with the OU Expert Marketing team and our creative and media agencies to deploy communication strategies that drive new registrations and repeat visits to HHP
Closely collaborating with many stakeholders – local and global expert, medical affairs as well as our creative and media agency partners - to implement a premium experience for health care professionals
