Apoiar o time de Sports Marketing nas atividades do dia a dia relacionadas Ć s campanhas, projetos e ativaƧƵes esportivas da Warner Bros. Discovery. A posiĆ§Ć£o terĆ” foco em organizaĆ§Ć£o, acompanhamento de prazos e entregas, atualizaĆ§Ć£o de controles, organizaĆ§Ć£o de materiais e informaƧƵes, suporte a relatĆ³rios e reuniƵes, alĆ©m de apoio operacional Ć s iniciativas da Ć”rea.

Principais responsabilidades:
- Apoiar a organizaĆ§Ć£o e o acompanhamento de campanhas e projetos de Sports Marketing, mantendo cronogramas, trackers, entregas e prĆ³ximos passos atualizados. (25%)
- Realizar follow-ups com Ć”reas internas, agĆŖncias e fornecedores, acompanhando prazos, pendĆŖncias e entregas dos projetos. (20%)
- Organizar e consolidar informaƧƵes, materiais e resultados de campanhas, apoiando a preparaĆ§Ć£o de reports, apresentaƧƵes e reuniƵes. (20%)
- Apoiar a organizaĆ§Ć£o operacional de eventos, ativaƧƵes e experiĆŖncias de marca, incluindo materiais, listas, credenciais, fornecedores e demais necessidades logĆsticas. (15%)
- Apoiar rotinas administrativas da Ć”rea, incluindo organizaĆ§Ć£o de documentos e suporte aos processos internos relacionados a fornecedores, Procurement e pagamentos. (10%)
- Realizar pesquisas e levantamentos simples sobre esportes, entretenimento, marketing, concorrentes e tendĆŖncias, alĆ©m de apoiar outras demandas operacionais do time. (10%)
QualificaƧƵes e experiĆŖncias:
- Ser organizado, responsƔvel e atento aos detalhes, com capacidade de acompanhar diferentes tarefas e prazos;
- Interesse por esportes, entretenimento, mĆdia e marketing.
- Ter conhecimento bƔsico de ferramentas do Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, PowerPoint e Outlook;
- Ter boa comunicaĆ§Ć£o, vontade de aprender e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
DesejƔvel:
- Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais, plataformas colaborativas e redes sociais;
- Perfil proativo, organizado e com disposiĆ§Ć£o para aprender e assumir responsabilidades.
