Vos missions

  • Configurer et développer des solutions dansOracle HCM Cloud, en particulier dans les modulesCore HR et Recruiting.
  • Réaliser et maintenir lesconfigurations HCM : structures d’entreprise, entités juridiques, business units, postes, hiérarchies et relations d’approbation...
  • Mettre en place et maintenir desworkflows spécifiques, desnotifications et destransactions personnalisées.
  • Personnaliser et optimiser l’expérience utilisateur viaRedwood UI etVisual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Effectuer lamigration et le chargement de données (HDL, HSDL).
  • Développer et maintenir des intégrations viaAPI REST/SOAP,HCM Extract etOracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Réaliser despersonnalisations (Page Composer, Design Studio, DFF/EFF).
  • Produire et maintenir desrapports et extractions viaOTBI, BI Publisher et Oracle SQL.
  • Configurer et déployer les fonctionnalités dumoduleRecruiting (portail candidats, campagnes, questionnaires, intégration onboarding).
  • Suivre et intégrer lesreleases Oracle trimestrielles, avec tests de configuration et de non-régression.
  • Documenter les configurations et rédiger desguides techniques.
  • Assurer le suivi des SR (Service Requests) ouvertes auprès d’Oracle et contribuer à leur résolution.
  • Êtreactif·ve au sein de la communauté Oracle HCM afin d’anticiper les évolutions et partager les bonnes pratiques.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en informatique, systèmes d’information ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée surOracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Recruiting).
  • Excellentes compétences enconfiguration et développement HCM : workflows, sécurité, intégrations, personnalisations, reporting et paramétrages organisationnels.
  • Familiarité avec les outils et technologies Oracle Cloud (HDL/HSDL, API, VBS, Redwood UI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle SQL, etc.).
  • Autonomie, rigueur et orientation solution, avec une capacité à collaborer avec divers interlocuteurs.

Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist (50%)

Your responsibilities

  • Configure and develop solutions inOracle HCM Cloud, especially within theCore HR andRecruiting modules.

  • Implement and maintainHCM configurations: enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, positions, hierarchies, and approval relationships.

  • Set up and maintainspecific workflows,notifications, andcustom transactions.

  • Customize and optimize the user experience usingRedwood UI andVisual Builder Studio (VBS).

  • Perform data migration and loading (HDL, HSDL).

  • Develop and maintain integrations viaREST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extract,andOracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Carry outcustomizations(Page Composer, Design Studio, DFF/EFF).

  • Produce and maintainreports and extracts usingOTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle SQL.

  • Configure and deployRecruiting module functionalities (candidate portal, campaigns, questionnaires, onboarding integration).

  • Monitor and integrate Oraclequarterly releases, including configuration and regression testing.

  • Document configurations and preparetechnical guides.

  • Manage and follow up on Service Requests (SR) opened with Oracle.

  • Actively participate in the Oracle HCM community to anticipate developments and share best practices.

Your profile

  • Higher education in IT, information systems, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience withOracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Recruiting).

  • Strong skills inHCM configuration and development: workflows, security, integrations, customizations, reporting, and organizational settings.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud tools and technologies (HDL/HSDL, APIs, VBS, Redwood UI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle SQL, etc.).

  • Autonomy, rigor, and solution orientation, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
