Job Title: Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):

• Guidewire PolicyCenter Experience
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be proficient with process modelling tools
• Have worked on one complete implementation cycle of Guidewire
• Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
• SVN Rally HP QC Handson experience writing user stories is must
• Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint SharePoint
• Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
• Business analysis experience in the Commercial Property and Casualty insurance industry on Guidewire PC

Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory):

• Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter with experience for implantation and state rollouts
• Experienced with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal understands communication channels and escalates appropriately
• AINS 21222324 Certification

Responsibilities:

• Through self-directed activities act as liaison between client and technical groups using superior communication skills to elicit document analyze and validate for Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Experience operating and interfacing with business management including negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven track record of creating clear concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the out of the box software functionality
• Strong initiative able to self-manage comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done
