Job Summary:Â
At Guideway Care, relationships matter. We're looking for a Senior Director of Business Development who already has trusted relationships with executive leaders across ACOs, CINs, IPAs, Medicare Advantage plans, and other risk-bearing healthcare organizations. This isn't a role focused on cold prospecting or transactional selling. It's an opportunity to leverage years of credibility, open strategic doors, and help expand a solution that delivers measurable financial and clinical outcomes.

Essential Functions:Â
- Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy focused on value-based care and risk-bearing organizations
- Lead multiple complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through close, including enterprise-level negotiation
- Bring rigor to pipeline management with accurate forecasting, deal strategy, and clear progression across stages
- Personally close high-value strategic accounts, remove barriers to close, and tailor solutions for enterprise clients
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to ensure what we sell and what we deliver are tightly connected
- Build long-term relationships that drive renewals, expansion, and referrals
- Represent Guideway Care with credibility at industry events, conferences, and executive-level client engagements
- Leverage modern sales tools and data to drive efficient, targeted prospecting and pipeline growthÂ
- Any other duties necessary to drive our values, fulfill our mission, and abide by our company values.Â

Required Skills/Abilities:Â
- Demonstrated success in healthcare technology, tech-enabled services, or SaaS sales environmentsÂ
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect sales strategy to broader company growth objectivesÂ
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative sales environments
- Deep understanding of ACOs, health systems, and physician networks, with existing relationships across value-based or risk-bearing entities strongly preferredÂ
- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles involving senior healthcare executives and key decision-makersÂ
- Strong negotiation skills and executive presence with the ability to communicate value at the C-suite level
- Experience with healthcare technology, tech-enabled services, or patient engagement solutions preferred Â
- Comfortable using CRM systems, pipeline analytics, and forecasting tools to drive performance
- Experience shaping go-to-market strategy and adapting quickly in competitive or evolving marketsÂ

- Able to work remotely at home in a private HIPAA compliant workspaceÂ
