Job Description 

This role will be basedinone of ourCork sites.  

The Digital Solutions team builds smart tools and systems that help the Neurovascular R&D team make better decisions using data and technology. 

Tasks and responsibilities may include:  

  • Help collect and organizedata. 

  • Support thedevelopment and testing ofdigital tools. 

  • Learn aboutcloud platforms, coding, anddata visualization. 

  • Join team meetings andcontribute ideas. 

  •  Build databases on SQL server (or similar) for extracting andanalysing datacaptured duringbuilding of prototypes. 

  •  Build apps asinterface to input and uploaddata from building andtestresults; primarily usingMicrosoft Power Platform, Azure, SQL & Python. 

  •  Build apps to interact with varioustask management tools; primarily using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, SQL & Python. 

  • Evaluate and implementprocess improvement activities. 

  • Ensures compliance with theQuality, Safety and6S Systems. 

  • Build Dashboards usingPowerBi 

  • Communicate andupdate mentor/leader on all activities on a regular basis. 

  • Alltraining providedforabove activities. 

 

 

What you will need: 

  • Currently completing an Irish or Northern Irish university qualification inInformation Technology,Business Information Systems, Computer Science, DataAnalytics or other related courses  

  • Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python or JavaScript). 

  • Basic Reporting Tool knowledge 

  • Curious, eager to learn, and agood communicator. 

  • Honesty and integrity; mustcomply with the quality system, regulations, and company policies  

  • Self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking - enjoys working in a dynamic, fast and results orientated environment  

  • Interested indata,software, anddigital innovation. 

  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual  

  • Organised, focused, and capable ofmulti-tasking  

  • Goodanalytical andproblem-solving skills  

  • Goodverbal and written communication skills with basic level of PC skills 

  • Is ateam player and capable of working as part of amulti-disciplined team  

  • Available for either6, 9 or 12months – exact duration and start date to be discussed with your Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Stryker

Ireland Pay Ranges:

  • Ireland: €30,000 EUR Annual
