We are looking for an HR Manager to join our growing international team and help build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready organization.

The Opportunity

As our HR Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations for our international remote team. You will support employees and managers throughout the entire team member lifecycle, ensuring that HR processes are efficient and scalable. You will also play a key role in strengthening our company culture, driving engagement, and supporting the continued growth of our global organization.

A Day in the Life of an HR Manager at GTE

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for team members and managers across our international remote team.

  • Manage the entire team member lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, promotions, and offboarding.

  • Maintain accurate records and HR documentation.

  • Support performance management, career development, and growth initiatives.

  • Advise managers on relations, performance, leave management, workplace policies, and other HR matters.

  • Coordinate HR operations, including leave administration, compensation and benefits administration, and documentation.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Lead and support initiatives that enhance engagement, recognition, well-being, and company culture.

  • Analyze HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall employee experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely and accurate execution of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • High employee engagement and satisfaction across the international team.

  • Compliance with applicable employment regulations and internal HR policies.

  • Successful delivery of HR initiatives and process improvement projects.

  • Accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data.

Your Team

You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with department leaders to support our people strategy and business objectives. You will also partner with our People & Culture team to continuously improve HR processes and create an outstanding employee experience across our global remote workforce.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You...

  • Have3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or People Operations Specialist.

  • Have experience supporting aninternational remote workforce.

  • Have knowledge of international HR operations

  • Have experience with employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and HR administration.

  • Are available to work full-time.

  • Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Are proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.

  • Are passionate about building an exceptional employee experience and fostering a strong remote-first company culture.
