About the Role
We are looking for a driven and dynamicSales Manager to lead the growth ofa new launch product (Meningococcal B vaccine) and paediatric vaccine portfolio through a dual role that combinespersonal territory ownership withteam leadership. (dual responsibility)
This role is accountable for drivingvaccine access, recommendation, and uptake across key accounts, while leading and developing ahigh-performing sales team. You will act as theorchestrator of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring strong execution and sustained business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Territory Leadership
- Own and deliversales performance for both individual territory and team
- Develop and executeterritory and key account strategies
- Ensureavailability, access, and uptake of product across priority accounts
2. People Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop ateam of sales representatives
- Conductfield coaching, joint visits, and performance reviews
- Build team capability inscientific engagement and value-based selling
3. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engagepaediatricians, GPs, and key stakeholders with clear, evidence-based messaging
- Build strong relationships and driveadvocacy for vaccination
- Map stakeholders and leverageinfluence networks within accounts
4. Patient Journey & Access
- Strengthen vaccination pathways fromrecommendation to administration
- Identify barriers and implement solutions to improveaccess and uptake
- Leverage clinic staff (e.g., nurses) askey enablers
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner withmarketing, medical, and access teams
- Ensure aligned execution, consistent messaging, and product availability
6. Execution Excellence
- Drivesegmentation, targeting, and omni-channel engagement
- Maintain strong discipline in planning, reporting, and compliance
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Science or Business; MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience inpharma/vaccine sales withteam management responsibility
- Strong track record inaccount management and customer engagement
- Ability to build credibility with healthcare professionals
- Excellentcommunication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Strongcommercial acumen, ownership, and execution focus
