The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $42,000-$54,600 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator has a key role in coordinating inventory, receiving, and material transactions to support efficient warehouse and production operations. Works with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies, ensure material availability, and maintain accurate records. Supports shipping, inventory control, and administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Process vendor credits, invoice receiving issues, and material discrepancies with vendors, Purchasing, Quality, and Accounts Payable.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments, inventory deductions, and year-end inventory support.
- Monitor inventory shortages and replenishments, communicate material availability, and coordinate deliveries to production and warehouse locations.
- Perform M3 transactions for receiving, inventory movements, inter-warehouse transfers, returns, and system updates.
- Coordinate shipping and logistics activities, including delivery scheduling, truck reports, tickets, Bills of Lading, and shipment documentation.
- Support material planning activities by resolving kanban issues, assisting with kit orders, and communicating Bill of Material inaccuracies.
- Provide warehouse administrative support through reporting, communications, equipment and supply coordination, and serving as a point of contact for operational issues.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods during shifts.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to handle inventory and shipments.
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 + years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience communicating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of inventory control, receiving processes, shipping documentation, and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory, receiving, and invoice discrepancies.
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems (M3 preferred), Microsoft Office applications including Excel, and Word, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain records.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments, coordinate priorities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
