About the Role
A fast-scaling, Series A AI software company serving multi-location enterprise brands in the hospitality and restaurant space is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build their growth engine from the ground up. The company has grown almost entirely on product strength and a high-performing sales team, with 160% net dollar retention and 92% gross retention. Now they need a strategic, hands-on marketer to turn that momentum into a repeatable, measurable pipeline machine targeting enterprise brands with $100M or more in annual revenue and hundreds to thousands of locations.
The ideal candidate has 5 to 8 years of B2B growth, field, or ABM marketing experience with a strong track record selling into enterprise buyers and navigating sales cycles of three to nine months or longer. You have owned field events and conferences as a serious pipeline channel, not just a presence, and you bring real strategy to how a company shows up in the market. You are comfortable starting as a senior individual contributor, building the motion yourself before growing a team around it, and you have the personal brand and LinkedIn presence to match the relationship-driven nature of this role. Vertical SaaS or vertical AI experience is a genuine plus, and curiosity or fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the entire growth engine from the ground up, including strategy, KPIs, and an ABM motion targeting enterprise multi-location brands
- Lead field event and conference marketing as the company's top pipeline channel, bringing structure and intentionality to how the organization shows up and follows up at every event
- Identify and develop new pipeline and customer acquisition channels, stewarding a budget in the range of $500K to $1M annually across events, owned activations, and emerging channels
- Shape and articulate the company's brand voice and market identity, acting as the driving force behind how the organization presents itself to enterprise buyers
- Partner closely with the Head of Sales and CEO to align growth programs with enterprise sales cycles and commercial objectives
- Develop and iterate on reporting and attribution frameworks that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Grow into a broader marketing leadership role over time, with the expectation of building a team beneath this function as the engine matures
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 to 8 years of B2B growth, field, or ABM marketing experience; candidates slightly earlier in career considered if the fit is strong
- Demonstrated experience marketing to enterprise buyers with long, complex sales cycles (3 to 9 months or more)
- Proven ownership of field events and conferences as a primary pipeline channel, with real strategic and operational results to show for it
- Experience at an early-stage company (Series A or B stage), with comfort operating as a senior individual contributor before a team is in place
- Active, polished LinkedIn presence and a personal brand that reflects the relationship-driven nature of this work; a portfolio or personal site is a strong signal
- Genuine curiosity about or working fluency with AI tools as part of day-to-day marketing work
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (US citizen or Green Card holder)
Preferred Skills
- Background at a vertical SaaS or vertical AI company serving industries such as hospitality, healthcare, construction, or similar; enterprise-focused experience in those verticals valued over SMB or mid-market hospitality experience
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, marketing automation, CRM, SEO/SEM tools, paid advertising platforms, and analytics or BI tools
- Experience developing brand voice and market identity for a company that is largely unknown in its category
- Affinity for the restaurant, food service, or hospitality space is a genuine cultural plus
