- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with a minimum very good GPA
- 0–3 years’ relevant experience (internships and co‑ops welcome)
- Familiarity with structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFEÂ or similar) and CAD/BIM tools
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and good communication skills
