This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads the Risk & Analytics function.

- Credit Strategy & Portfolio Ownership â Driving portfolio performance, risk appetite, and policy direction
- Pricing Strategy & Optimization â Balancing competitiveness and profitability across segments
- Cross-Functional Leadership â Aligning credit strategy with Finance, Product, Sales, and Underwriting
- Decision Accountability & Performance Oversight â Ensuring analytics and data teams deliver business impact
How youâll be measured:
- Portfolio Performance Ownership -Own IRR, cohort performance, roll rates, and funnel conversion metrics, ensuring alignment with company growth and profitability goals
- Credit & Pricing Strategy Leadership -Define and evolve credit policy, underwriting strategy, and pricing frameworks that optimize risk-adjusted returns
- Executive Influence & Cross-Functional Alignment -Partner across Finance, Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure consistent execution of credit strategy and influence business outcomes

- Bachelorâsdegreeinfinance,economics,mathematics,orarelatedfieldrequired;advanceddegreepreferred
- 10+yearsofprogressiveexperienceincreditriskwithdirectownershipofportfolioperformance
- 3+yearsinadirector-levelorhigherleadershiprolemanagingteams
- Strongexperienceinsmallbusinesslending,alternativefinance,ornon-primeenvironmentspreferred
- Proventrackrecordofmakingcreditandpricingdecisionswithmeasurablebusinessimpact
- Experienceoperatingatanexecutivelevelwithstrongcross-functionalinfluence
