- Bachelorâsdegreeinarelatedfieldrequired;advanceddegreepreferred
- 5+yearsofexperienceintechnicaldelivery,programdelivery,agileleadership,orsimilarroles
- Experiencesupportingcross-functionalsoftwaredeliveryacrossmultipleteamsandworkstreams
- Strongunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle,agilepractices,andreleaseprocesses
- Provensuccessimprovingdeliveryperformance,predictability,andexecutionquality
- Experienceworkingcloselywithengineering,product,platform,and/ordatateams
Tools and Expertise Youâll Bring:
- ExperiencewithAzureDevOps,Jira,orsimilarworkmanagementtools
- Strongabilitytoanalyzedeliverydata (sprintmetrics,flow,defects,dependencies)
