What You’ve Done Before:

  • Bachelor’sdegreeinarelatedfieldrequired;advanceddegreepreferred
  • 5+yearsofexperienceintechnicaldelivery,programdelivery,agileleadership,orsimilarroles
  • Experiencesupportingcross-functionalsoftwaredeliveryacrossmultipleteamsandworkstreams
  • Strongunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle,agilepractices,andreleaseprocesses
  • Provensuccessimprovingdeliveryperformance,predictability,andexecutionquality
  • Experienceworkingcloselywithengineering,product,platform,and/ordatateams


Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring:

  • ExperiencewithAzureDevOps,Jira,orsimilarworkmanagementtools
  • Strongabilitytoanalyzedeliverydata (sprintmetrics,flow,defects,dependencies)
  • ExperiencebuildingdashboardsorreportingusingPowerBI,SQL,Excel,orsimilartools
