Virtual Assistant - Sales & Lead Conversion

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in sales and lead conversionto join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Handleinbound lead and discovery calls generated from marketing campaigns;
• Conductshort (10–15 minute) sales conversations to qualify and convert leads;
• Clearly explain services usingscripts and structured messaging;
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process and help close deals;
• Supportonboarding of new customers after conversion;
• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates;
• Assist with ongoing communication and relationship management;
• Maintain and updateCRM records and sales pipeline;
• Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes;
• Ensure data is accurate and organized;
• Assist withoutreach and follow-up efforts;
• Support newsletters and communication when needed;
• Contribute to improving and scaling thesales process over time;

• Fluent inEnglish and Spanish (spoken and written);
• Experience inhealthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry;
• Strongsales and communication skills, especially on calls;
• Experience withlead qualification and closing conversations;
• Comfortable following scripts while adapting naturally to conversations;
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with ability to work independently;
• Comfortable in afast-paced, growing environment;
• Background insales, lead generation, or customer onboarding;
• Experience usingCRM tools and managing pipelines;

• Work from home;
• Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
• Starting salary between 6$ - 8$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
