ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within a Production Artist / Apparel Digital Design team supporting licensed apparel for a professional women's basketball league. The team is still forming, so you'll help shape process alongside Design Excellence partners while owning day-to-day production art execution.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
A production art specialist with a strong licensed-apparel background who's confident making logo and branding calls independently, and comfortable working without every answer defined yet.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Production art execution for licensed apparel — logos, micro-branding, and visual systems
Technical schematics for logos and trims
Cross-functional collaboration with a newly-forming design team
MUST-HAVE
5+ years of experience in Production Art for Apparel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with licensed apparel, visual systems, and micro-branding
Confidence making independent logo/branding decisions in ambiguous, still-forming team environments
Portfolio showing licensed-product work, technical schematics for logos and trims, and clear ownership of process
NICE-TO-HAVE
Interest or experience in basketball/women's professional basketball apparel; understanding of team/league demographics
Experience with cut-and-sew apparel and tee-shirts
TECHNICAL/SOFTWARE
3D experience, CLO, and AI design tools — interest or hands-on experience valued
