Grapevine Honda is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized, customer-focusedService BDC Administrator to support one of the busiest Honda service departments in Texas.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers scheduling service appointments, answering inquiries, and helping ensure a seamless service experience from start to finish. If you enjoy helping customers while keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The Service BDC Administrator reports to the Service Manager and is an onsite position.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound service inquiries via phone, text, email, and online platforms
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
• Conduct appointment reminder and follow-up communications
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in dealership CRM systems
• Assist with managing service appointment flow and technician capacity
• Partner with Service Advisors and Managers to support customer retention efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression
• Support service department goals through and appointment management

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, BDC, call center, hospitality, or automotive service operations
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Experience working with CRM systems, scheduling software, or dealership management systems
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
