Role Overview

We are partnering with an innovative technology company focused on building high-performance digital experiences that combine modern design, advanced web technologies, and data-driven optimization. Their products emphasize exceptional user experience, performance, and measurable business impact.

We are looking for a Senior Webflow Developer with expertise inWebflow,interactive web experiences, andtechnical SEO. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end development of modern marketing and product websites, transforming Figma designs into responsive, high-converting experiences while optimizing performance, analytics, and user engagement.

CONTRACT: Contractor

COMMITMENT: Hourly/Part-time

LOCATION: Remote

HOURLY RATE:$35 - $50/h

Responsibilities

• Developpixel-perfect Webflow websites from Figma designs
• Build and maintainCMS collections, reusable components, forms, and custom embeds
• Create engagingweb animations using Webflow Interactions,GSAP,Three.js,Lottie,Rive, orSpline
• Implementanalytics and event tracking using GA4, GTM, PostHog, or similar tools
• Optimize websites fortechnical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance
• Executeconversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing and funnel improvements
• Build integrations usingAPIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

• 5+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong hands-on experience withWebflow, including CMS, responsive layouts, and advanced components
• Proficiency inHTML,CSS, andJavaScript
• Experience convertingFigma designs into production-ready Webflow websites
• Strong understanding oftechnical SEO, web performance, and Core Web Vitals
• Experience implementinganalytics and conversion tracking
• Experience creating advanced web animations usingGSAP,Three.js, Webflow Interactions, or similar technologies
