Role Overview

Our client is a global technology and digital transformation consultancy delivering enterprise IT operations and cloud management solutions for large international organizations. Their teams help modernize IT infrastructure through automation, observability, and Service Management platforms.

We are looking for a Senior ITOM Specialist with strong expertise inServiceNow ITOM,CMDB, andIT infrastructure automation. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize IT Operations Management capabilities, helping customers improve infrastructure visibility, service mapping, event management, and operational efficiency across hybrid cloud environments.

COMMITMENT: Full-time

LOCATION: Valencia, Spain (Hybrid / Primarily On-site)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimizeServiceNow ITOM solutions
• Configure and maintainDiscovery,Service Mapping, andEvent Management
• Develop and improve theCMDB to ensure accurate service and infrastructure data
• Install, configure, and maintainMID Servers
• Develop integrations usingREST APIs,SOAP, and JavaScript
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring platforms such asSolarWinds andDynatrace
• Support cloud infrastructure management, particularly withinMicrosoft Azure
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve IT operations
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues
• FollowITIL best practices while working in anAgile/Scrum environment

• 5+ years of experience withServiceNow, includingITOM
• Hands-on experience withDiscovery,Service Mapping, andEvent Management
• Strong knowledge ofCMDB architecture and governance
• Experience configuring and managingMID Servers
• Experience developing integrations usingJavaScript,REST, andSOAP
• Experience supportingMicrosoft Azure environments
• Good understanding ofITIL processes
• Experience working inAgile/Scrum delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or other enterprise monitoring platforms
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, or equivalent)
• Experience working with large enterprise IT environments
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and cloud operations
