Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The lead coordinates efforts across different teams and maintains a strategic focus on achieving the desired results while adapting to evolving project needs and priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong capability in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure smooth execution.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and consensus.
- Competence in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report status effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
