Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to counselors, therapists, and developing providers
- Review client cases, treatment planning, documentation, and ethics
- Help supervisees strengthen decision-making and clinical confidence
- Follow Arizona supervision requirements
- Maintain a reliable supervision structure
- Active Arizona clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LCSW
- Must be eligible to provide supervision under Arizona requirements
- Previous supervision experience preferred
