Job Summary
As a remote LMFT, you will work with clients who are seeking support for relationship concerns, family issues, emotional stress, grief, adjustment periods, and communication difficulties. Your day-to-day work will include virtual therapy sessions, treatment planning, client documentation, and ongoing care coordination when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients through secure video sessions
- Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families
- Assess clinical concerns and create clear treatment goals
- Help clients work through family conflict, communication struggles, boundaries, stress, and relationship patterns
- Complete documentation in accordance with clinical standards
- Adjust treatment plans as client needs change
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in a remote setting
- Use sound clinical judgment during every stage of care
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Florida LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
- Private workspace and reliable internet connection
- $115,000–$120,000 per year
