Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Job Summary

This remote LMFT position gives you the opportunity to provide consistent therapy support to clients from the comfort of your own workspace. You will help clients better understand relationship patterns, manage emotional stress, work through conflict, and build healthier ways of communicating with the people in their lives.

Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Assess client concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Help clients work through communication issues, family conflict, anxiety, life stress, and relationship challenges
  • Provide structured clinical support using evidence-informed therapy approaches
  • Document sessions, treatment plans, updates, and progress notes
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards
  • Use telehealth tools in a professional and client-friendly manner
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Strong understanding of family systems, relational dynamics, and treatment planning
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
  • $115,000–$120,000 per year
  • Full-time remote position
