Maryland Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | Remote Full-Time Role

Job Summary

We are hiring aLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote position serving clients in Maryland. This role allows you to provide therapy through a secure telehealth platform while supporting clients with relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting concerns, and life transitions.

The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients virtually, completing assessments, building treatment plans, documenting progress, and helping clients move toward healthier communication and stronger emotional stability. This position is a good fit for an LMFT who enjoys focused clinical work and wants the structure of a full-time role with a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Maryland clients through scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Complete clinical evaluations and identify appropriate treatment goals
• Support clients with relational stress, emotional challenges, communication issues, and family concerns
• Maintain detailed and timely progress notes
• Use sound clinical judgment when addressing risk, referrals, or additional care needs
• Follow Maryland licensing standards, HIPAA requirements, and telehealth guidelines
• Keep client information secure and confidential
• Manage documentation, scheduling expectations, and caseload responsibilities professionally

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• ActiveLMFT license in Maryland in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable delivering care through a secure telehealth platform
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records preferred
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions

• $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Full-time remote position
• Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 2 weeks PTO
