Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:
We are seeking aLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team and deliver high-quality therapeutic services to individuals dealing with mental health challenges. In this full-time, remote role, you will provide virtual therapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and contribute to the well-being of clients through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing counseling to individuals, families, and groups.
• Maintain detailed client records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.

• 2 weeks PTO.
