Kentucky-Based Remote LCSW | Full-Time Online Therapy Opportunity

Job Summary

This remote role gives aKentucky Licensed Clinical Social Worker the opportunity to provide therapy in a telehealth setting while working with clients who need practical mental health support. Your work will include listening closely, assessing concerns, guiding treatment conversations, and helping clients move toward healthier day-to-day functioning.

This position is best suited for an LCSW who enjoys direct therapy work, can manage documentation responsibly, and wants a full-time role with a clear schedule, competitive salary, and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy appointments
• Gather clinical information during intake and ongoing sessions
• Identify treatment needs related to mental health, emotional stress, relationships, trauma history, or life transitions
• Prepare treatment plans that reflect the client’s goals and clinical presentation
• Provide therapy using appropriate clinical methods based on client needs
• Review progress over time and update goals when needed
• Complete session notes, assessments, and treatment updates in a timely manner
• Respond appropriately to risk concerns, crisis indicators, or mandated reporting situations
• Protect client privacy and maintain a professional telehealth environment
• Work within Kentucky LCSW scope of practice and organizational care standards

• ActiveLicensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW license in Kentucky
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling or therapy experience preferred
• Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or diverse client populations
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and online documentation tools
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and time management
• Ability to work independently while following clinical and ethical guidelines
• Must have a private, professional remote workspace and reliable internet connection

• $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Full-time remote position
• Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 2 weeks PTO
