Business Development Manager

SERVPRO | Full-Time | In Person | Regional Travel

SERVPRO is looking for a motivated, relationship-drivenBusiness Development Manager to lead sales growth across our markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing a sales team, networking, traveling, and creating new business opportunities. The position is primarily in person and includes regular travel throughout our service areas for customer meetings, market visits, networking events, and team development.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support our sales team across multiple markets
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, referrals, and market share
• Build relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, commercial businesses, facility managers,         contractors, plumbers, and other referral partners
• Identify and pursue new commercial accounts and strategic partnerships
• Conduct sales meetings, pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, and ride-alongs
• Track sales activity, CRM performance, leads, referrals, and results
• Attend networking events, customer meetings, trade events, and community functions
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to support company growth
• Travel regularly throughout assigned markets, with occasional overnight travel

What We're Looking For

• Sales leadership, business development, account management, or outside sales experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable networking, presenting, and meeting with business decision-makers
• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or commercial services is a plus
