Commercial Director - Industrial Chemicals

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and as a member of the New Zealand Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Industrial Chemicals business.

You will lead a team of talented commercial professionals while driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, supplier engagement, and market expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the Industrial Chemicals growth strategy
• Leading and inspiring a high-performing commercial team
• Building and strengthening relationships with global and local principals
• Identifying new market opportunities, customers, products, and suppliers
• Driving sales, margin growth, and budget performance
• Managing commercial negotiations and supplier agreements
• Optimising portfolio performance and working capital
• Contributing to broader business strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
• Ensuring effective use of CRM, commercial reporting, and performance management tools
