### **About the Role**

We are on an exciting journey to unlock productivity with our GoLinks Suite. As part of this product growth, we’re looking for **Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)** to join our in-person team at our **San Jose, CA office** three days a week.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) to source and close SMB, mid-market, and enterprise SaaS opportunities. You’ll own the early stages of the sales process — identifying top prospects, creating pipeline, and selling the value of GoLinks by addressing customer needs and demonstrating our unique benefits.

### **What You’ll Do**

- Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify and pursue cold and warm opportunities, developing a strong demo pipeline using outbound methods

- **Prospect effectively on LinkedIn and through email** , demonstrating creativity and consistency in booking meetings with target accounts

- Identify top prospects and leads through diligent market research and share insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams

- Deliver an exceptional experience for prospects throughout the sales process

- Track, analyze, and refine ways to improve outbound campaigns and conversion rates

- Represent GoLinks at events, conferences, and in-person networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships

### **Who You Are**

- **Experienced in outbound prospecting.** You’ve demonstrated success sourcing and booking meetings through **LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns** , with a track record of exceeding activity and meeting goals.

- **Strong communicator.** You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can confidently connect with prospects over email, phone, and in person.

- **Quick learner and adaptable.** You’re curious about technology and sales, eager to learn new tools and approaches, and able to quickly adapt to changing goals or processes.

- **Resilient and results-oriented.** You stay motivated in the face of rejection and are driven to achieve and exceed your targets.

- **Growth mindset.** You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are excited to grow your skills and career in sales.

- **Team-oriented.** You enjoy collaborating in person with your peers and thrive in a high-energy office environment.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

### **Pay Transparency**

The annual base salary range for this role is **$45,000 USD** , with **uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $65,000 USD**. Actual salary will vary depending on various factors, which include, but are not limited to a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

This is a **full-time, in-person position based at our San Jose, CA office.**

GoLinks’ total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity, and extensive benefits and perks.
