Job description:

We're hiring a Creator Growth Manager to help scale one of the fastest-growing AI startups.

You'll own our creator acquisition engine by recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with creators across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You'll work directly with the founders to execute proven playbooks, launch creator campaigns, and continuously improve our acquisition strategy.

### What you'll do

* Recruit high-quality creators directly (no agencies)
* Build long-term relationships with creators and influencers
* Launch and scale our UGC creator program
* Find top-performing creators from paid ads and recruit similar profiles
* Source B2B creators for LinkedIn campaigns
* Coordinate creator campaigns around product launches and major announcements
* Turn creator content into assets for paid ads, social media, sales, and product marketing
* Track campaign performance and optimize our creator playbooks
* Help expand our creator network internationally

### We're looking for someone who

* Has 2+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer partnerships, or growth
* Has recruited and managed creators at scale
* Understands what makes content go viral on TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
* Is highly organized and can manage dozens of creator relationships simultaneously
* Loves testing new growth ideas and iterating quickly
* Speaks fluent English
* Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment

### Nice to have

* Experience at an AI or SaaS startup
* Experience running UGC programs
* Experience working with paid social teams
* Familiarity with creator analytics and attribution
