About the Role
The GTM Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing teams in the US market. This position requires a strategic mindset and a passion for connecting with candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring GTM in Technology from a US based company. Sales and Marketing hiring in Software, Hardware and Security technology companies.
- Willing to work US hours M-F

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as a recruiter, preferably in the finance or related sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Willing to work remotely and US hours from Monday to Friday.
