Client Care Specialist - Medical Case Cordinator

Service delivery in Medical Assistance Team with the objective of executing our client requests. Working together with the rostered team to manage cases. Maintaining our client’s SLA’s. Striving for the best service delivery. Organizing and monitoring Teleconsultations, Doctor house calls, Hospital admissions, Clinic appointments.

• At least two years’ experience in a similar role;
• Experience in and understanding of Medical Tourism;
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and at least 2 other languages
• Excel - intermediate skills;
• Ability to handle/communicate and exchange sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner;
• The ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment ;
• Able to successfully work independently and in a team;
• Proven ability to prioritize work responsibilities to achieve best possible outcomes.
