Sales Account Manager - Print (Riyadh)

Partnering with leading technology vendors, GCG creates bespoke solutions and services for key industry sectors.

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for drivingrevenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition for GCG’s printing and Managed Print Services (MPS) business in Riyadh.

The role focuses onenterprise sales, relationship management, and consultative solution selling, ensuring strong customer engagement while delivering sustainable business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve assignedsales targets (revenue, margin, and volume)
  • Build and manage astrong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Drive sales across:
    • MFPs / Printers / Scanners
    • Managed Print Services (MPS)
    • Large format & production print (where applicable)
  • Identify and closenew business opportunities in enterprise and government sectors

B. Account Management & Customer Engagement

  • Develop and maintainlong-term relationships with key accounts
  • Engage regularly with clients to understand:
    • Business needs
    • Print environment challenges
    • Cost optimization opportunities
  • Act as atrusted advisor, ensuring high customer satisfaction

C. Solution Selling & Value Creation

  • PositionMPS and print management solutions to optimize customer workflows
  • Conduct basicneeds assessment and solution presentations
  • Work closely with pre-sales and service teams to delivertailored solutions
  • Driveconsultative selling approach vs transactional product sales

D. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with:
    • Service team → installation & SLA alignment
    • Logistics → timely delivery
    • Finance → invoicing and collections
  • Ensure smoothorder-to-delivery lifecycle

E. Market Development (KSA Focus)

  • Build presence inRiyadh enterprise market
  • Target key sectors:
    • Government
    • Banking & Financial Services
    • Education
    • Hospitality
  • Stay updated oncompetition, pricing trends, and customer expectations in KSA
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics / IT / Telecom or related field)
  • 5–8 years of experience inprinting / MPS / office automation sales
  • Strong exposure tocorporate and enterprise clients in KSA
  • Proven track record ofmeeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in OEM ecosystem such as:
  • Xerox / Canon / Ricoh / Konica Minolta / HP
  • Strong understanding of:  MFPs, printers, scanners, large format solutions, Managed Print Services (MPS) , Sales lifecycle and CRM tools
  • Ability to interpretsales performance metrics and pipeline data
