Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain3D BIM models for Plumbing & Drainage systems using Autodesk Revit
• Prepareshop drawings, schematics, and detailed layouts
• Coordinate with MEP, Architectural, and Structural teams to resolve design clashes
• Performclash detection using Navisworks and ensure model accuracy
• Ensure all deliverables comply withproject BIM standards and LOD requirements
• Review and update models based on design changes and site requirements
• Assist in project documentation and submission processes

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Plumbing/PH)
• Strong knowledge ofPlumbing & Drainage systems
• Proficiency inAutodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
• Experience inNavisworks for coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA) is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on UAE/GCC projects
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans and coordination workflows
• Good communication and teamwork skills
