Job Description

Enlicitide Marketing, Sr. Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand strategy and tactical plans.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead product launch planning and readiness activities.
• Design and implement customer engagement and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor business performance and recommend actions to achieve brand objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.
• Manage marketing budgets and agency partners effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or related commercial experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Product launch experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
