Material Planner

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor scheduled delivery and coordinate with purchasing, production, engineering etc. for appropriate corrective action if any delivery risks to achieve delivery goal.
• Ensure material availability.
• Purchased materials liability control.
• Ensure prompt placement of assigned orders in accordance with established policy.
• Ensure supplier delivery performance in accordance with department 
•Schedules, maintain and analyze on a continuous basis for product & components forecasting, lead time, lot size, safety stock levels to achieve a reasonable DSI to reduce company operation cost.

• Ensure purchased material inventory control in accordance with department objectives
• Quick response on fluctuated and support to urgent demand
• Ensure SAP data integrity & accuracy 
• Procurement related activities’ coordination.
• Provide integrity, consistence, correct monthly report timely.
• Follow all work processes, rules and expected behaviors for Nordson China employees
• Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.  

Education and Experience
• College education or above.  
• 3-4 years  planning and purchasing or related working experiences.
Skills and Abilities
• Familiar with the purchasing process.
• Fluent English communication skill both in writing and speaking.
• Be good at using SAP or similar ERP system.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external teams.
• Team player and can work under pressure.
• Good data analysis capability
